Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% fee for any cancellations within 12 hours. If an appointment is cancelled within 4 hours of your upcoming appointment or if a client is a No-show. I reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee. A client who is late past 15 minutes of their confirmed appointment time, may not be serviced and charged up to 100% of scheduled services. All fees are based on the percentage of the scheduled services.
